We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your ShiftBear account.

How to Delete Your Account

Open the ShiftBear App

Launch the ShiftBear app on your mobile device and make sure you're logged in.

Navigate to Settings

Tap on the Settings tab at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll to Data & Account Section

Scroll down to find the "Data & Account" section.

Tap "Delete Account"

Tap on "Delete Account" and confirm when prompted.

Account Deleted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately. You will be automatically signed out.

What Gets Deleted

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is deleted immediately with no retention period.

  • Your account credentials (email and password)
  • All shift records and calendar data
  • Time tracking entries (clock in/out records)
  • User settings and preferences
  • Shared schedules and team invitations
  • Profile information (name, display name, etc.)
